Please send us your presentation (if you have not already done so) for a test by 3 May 2024, 10 a.m., to events@financial.com. Please let us know if you intend to use your own technical equipment for your presentation.
(!) Should an exceptional case arise and you are unable to do this, we ask you to hand over the presentation directly to the technician on site. However, we cannot guarantee a smooth process in this case.
The duration of each lecture is 30 minutes or 15 minutes, including presentation and Q&A session. Please adhere to the time limit. The 10 minutes after your presentation cannot be used for further questions, as this time is used to prepare the next speaker.
The moderator of your panel will contact you in good time to arrange an appointment for a preliminary discussion. No further preparations are necessary.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your presentation/panel discussion in the corresponding event room.
Our hostesses and a technician will be present in each lecture room to assist you.

We would like to ask you to get your ticket yourself via our ticket shop. With the voucher code DKF24-SPEAKER you will receive a free ticket. The ticket is valid for the entire conference day. If you do not receive your ticket by e-mail, please contact us vie e-mail in advance.
You can receive an electronic list of participants 10 days after the event (company and position – detailed lists – names, e-mail addresses or contact details – are only possible by arrangement). Please send an e-mail to Sybilla.Hanssen@financial.com after the event if you would like to use this option.
Wi-Fi will be available throughout the hotel. Please refer to the signs and brochures on the day of the event or ask one of the hostesses.
A photographer will accompany the conference day. Some presentations will be recorded for publication. If you do not wish this, please inform us by e-mail: events@financial.com .
Unless you submit an objection (in writing by e-mail), your presentation including recording (if available) will be made available to our guests afterwards.
