In preparation for the 14th D-A-CH Financial Information Congress, we ask all exhibitors to observe the following submission deadlines. Failure to comply with the submission deadlines may result in impairment of the contractually agreed services, for which DKF2024 accepts no responsibility.

For the timely completion of our event guide and website, we ask you to observe the following guidelines.

Company logo

Please send us the logo to be used for web (300×300 pixels, format JPG/PNG, background white/transparent) and print (vector format EPS/PDF) and let us know which target URL we should link it to on the event website https://dkf.events.

Company profiles & adverts

All exhibitors and sponsors will receive a 1/1 page entry in the Event Guide to present their company profile. The profiles will be sorted in alphabetical order. Sponsors whose package also includes a freely designed advert will be placed next to their company profile.

Please note!
The company profile is published in two languages! For this reason, please provide us with the texts in German and English. If you require a translation, we will be happy to provide you with a contact from whom you can order this for a fee.

The continuous text (no graphics, no images) must not exceed 700 characters including spaces per language and must be sent to us by email as a clearly named Word document by 5 March 2024. If the text is too long, we reserve the right to shorten it without consultation and do not guarantee that the content is complete. Please also note that we do not proofread for spelling and content. Please provide your contact details in the following format and content:

Advertisers are requested to submit the print data with the following parameters by the specified deadline:
1/1 page advertisement 4-colour:

DIN A5 portrait format
3mm bleed all round
File format printable PDF, compression PDF/x-3:2002
Included images must have a resolution of at least 300 dpi
File must be designed in CMYK colours
Special colours, e.g. Pantone, cannot be printed
All fonts used must be converted to paths or embedded in the PDF

Give-aways for conference bags

Bronze, silver, gold and platinum sponsors who have contractually agreed to provide a giveaway in the conference bag, please note:

A total of 500 bags will be filled. The giveaway (name and size) must be registered with the organiser by 12 April 2024. The giveaways must match the theme and quality of the event.

The giveaways must be delivered by 06 May 2024, 12:00 CEST at the latest.

Equipment and exhibition material can be delivered to the hotel and temporarily stored a maximum of two days before the event. In the event of earlier delivery, the hotel reserves the right to charge €100 per day for storage.

Attention!
Premature dismantling of the stand areas in Nymphenburg 1-3, which impairs the event or the get-together, will be subject to a contractual penalty of € 500. Please understand that we would like to offer all participants a pleasant atmosphere.

Insurance

DKF 2024 accepts no liability for security, loss, destruction or damage to exhibitors’ equipment. Although all necessary measures will be taken to prevent damage or loss, we strongly advise you to insure all equipment and materials for the duration of the event.

Room contingent

Hotel room bookings should be made by exhibitors directly with the hotel. Please book using the booking code DKF2024 directly at H5413-RE@sofitel.com or by telephone on +49 89 599 48 – 3000.

Rooms can be booked at the discounted rate below until 12 March 2024:

230€ per person per night, superior room, exclusive breakfast

Please note that the number of rooms is limited. We recommend booking as early as possible.
